身為從小在台灣長大
但現在住海外的時間已經比住在台灣時間還長的人
透過百靈果讀書會
我以一個對台灣懵懵懂懂的角度
重新對台灣、台灣歷史、和這整個世界有不同的學習和了解

I think this book club resonates with me because the hosts’ backgrounds are similar to mine. Having grown up in Taiwan and spent time in North America, that background gives them a wider frame of reference, while only scratching the surface of each culture and history.
Their unpretentious style makes it easy to learn alongside them, rediscovering Taiwan’s history and seeing more of the world through the books and humorous discussions.
